A comfortable, family run guest house just 3 miles from the City Centre and 2 miles from the football grounds of Anfield (Liverpool) and Goodison (Everton). Each of our rooms have Freeview televisions, a fridge a microwave and full tea and coffee making facilities. Please note: none of our bedrooms are ensuite. Although we do not provide evening meals we do allow guests to bring in food to cook, or bring in takeaways from the many available in the area including Chinese, Indian and Italian as well as traditional Fish and Chips. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A 15-20MINUTE BUS RIDE AWAY FROM THE CITY CENTRE AND A TAXI IN THE DAYTIME WOULD COST APPROXIMATELY ?5 - ?7. A TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT WOULD COST APPROXIMATELY ?10-?15.

If arriving by plane from John Lennon Airport then you need to either take a taxi (make sure you tell the driver that you want TUEBROOK as there are two other Sandringham Roads in Merseyside. Otherwise you can take a bus to the city centre and then go to Queen's Square bus station and from here, at stand number 6 you can take a 12, 13 or 15 to West Derby Road/Green Lane, and get off outside Iceland Supermarket. At the side of this supermarket there is a road called Victoria Road. Walk down here and at the end of the road our house is the green and white one in front of you. If coming by car then you need the M62 and at the end, junction 3 then you need to follow the ring road (Queen'sDrive) towards the Football Stadia. Follow this road for about 2 and a half miles going past a Tesco Express and then on the left there is a pub called the Stag and Rainbow, at the lights immediately after this pub you take the left hand lane down a road called Mill Bank. At the bottom there is a roundabout. Turn to the right and take Lisburn Lane (there is a newsagent at the bottom). If you find yourself on another dual carriageway (Muirhead Avenue) you have gone too far. When Lisburn Lane turns naturally to the right, you turn left into Sandringham Road. 28 is about half way up on the right.
